For two days in a row, in the Training Center of the Association of Kosovo Municipalities, a workshop was organized with the working group of Municipal Waste Management Officers.
The purpose of this workshop was to launch and train on the use of the online reporting platform at the Kosovo Waste Management Agency (KEPA).
The meeting was opened by Mr. Gani Berisha from the Association of Kosovo Municipalities, who thanked the participants and co-organizers, respectively the European Union and GIZ, for supporting this training.
The Manager of the Training Center, Ms. Aulonë Memeti, briefly presented the concept of this Center, training modules and benefits for the members of the Association.
During the training, the modalities and municipal practices of reporting Municipalities to the Waste Management Agency were discussed.
The Training Center will continuously provide training for municipal officials who with advanced capacities will increase the quality-of-service delivery to municipalities and citizens.
