The Training Center of the Association of Kosovo Municipalities organized trainings for informal groups of municipalities of the Gjilan and Ferizaj Region, activities carried out within the framework of the Manual: “Inclusive Municipalities”.
These trainings aimed to provide knowledge about creating inclusive policies and promoting local leaders to become involved in a more just and equal society.
These trainings, through combined methods that included experimental approaches and open dialogue, have provided a rich platform for sharing ideas and experiences, creating a sustainable professional and supportive community.
Using modern methodologies and structured approaches, the Training Center aims to contribute to the creation of a fair, inclusive and citizen-oriented local government.
Therefore, the “Inclusive Municipalities” Module reflects the Association’s commitment to local governance with an emphasis on inclusivity and gender equality.
Participants were encouraged to share their experiences and challenges and ways to contribute to the drafting of more inclusive policies and improving community participation in processes.
