Ky modul do t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrohet m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb metodat dhe masat q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb merren p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar zbatimin e strategjive komunale dhe komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb nivelin lokal.
